THRESHER UNIT
Thresher provides to separate lamina and stem on the tobacco leaves. For a better result and separation quality, it is designed with up to 4 stations. At each station, there is a separation process and extra separation processes increase the quality of the tobacco leaves which may still have lamina on stems.
The machine works in vertical system and it provides to get all stem from one point.
Separated lamina can be conveyed to DCC machine or Silo according to customer request.
The air evacuated to outside by the help of suction fan through the dust collection system.
All surfaces which is contaminated with tobacco leaves are manufactured by AISI 304L 1st Class Chrome
